The Physicians of Neural Pain Assessment

The physicians of Neural Pain Assessment have extensive experience in the successful treatment of a variety of acute and chronic pain syndromes. They understand and stress the importance of structure and function, and the need to maintain and restore normal biomechanics.

Dr. David M. Glick, DC

Dr. David M. Glick has a very unique clinical background.

Dr. Glick frequently lectures in evaluating difficult neck and back pain patients through such programs as the American Academy of Pain Management, where he serves on committees that help create the curriculum to educate other physicians and healthcare providers, and create the examinations which other health care provides must take to become board certified. He also serves on the board of advisors for the American Society of Pain Educators. He has lectured on other topics that include Electrodiagnosis and Interventional Pain, and recently co-authored a chapter on Electrodiagnosis for the 7 th edition of Weiner’s Textbook of Pain Management, where he also acted to edit the section of the book addressing common pain syndromes.

He has been in private practice for over 15 years evaluating difficult, chronic, and complicated pain patients. His extensive training in musculoskeletal conditions associated with the spine began with his becoming a chiropractic physician, following in the foot steps of Hippocrates, credited with being the father of modern medicine. Relying upon his training and experience, he will work with other specialists to assist in treating even the most painful conditions helping to enable you live your life pain free. It is not uncommon for Dr. Glick to diagnose the cause of your pain and then refer you for treatment that requires the skills of another specialist, often times this may be the physician you have seen before but this time with a more specialized diagnosis of the cause. Diagnosing the cause of pain is the specialty to which Dr. Glick has dedicated his career.
